I’d had Progressive for auto insurance for like 20 years. After my policy continued to go up every year, I started looking elsewhere. Today I switched to State Farm. Went from $2000 deductibles to NO deductible for comprehensive and $250 for collision. AND I went from the state minimum coverage to much higher coverage. And it’s still over $60 less a month than what I was paying. Ugh. Why didn’t I look into this sooner?!? If you’re looking for coverage, Andrew with Dustin Bass State Farm is your guy.

While we have not had a mass of claims, or disputes, etc I wanted to leave an overdue compliment. When I have had a need for assistance or information, Dustin Bass and his staff have been a great group to work with. My favorite is Bill (surname unknown). Over the past 8 yrs, I needed help after an accident wt a frightened deer & unexpected deaths in our family. He was gracious, helpful & even made me smile to keep moving forward. Thank you.

We changed insurance companies to State Farm with Dustin Bass a year or so ago. I want to say that this office is great! They answer the phone, always answer our questions & help with solutions. I’ve enjoyed Mikala as she is friendly, helpful & always goes the extra mile for everyone. We are very happy with this business. Great job Dustin Bass & co workers.

We've had these guys for years. Yet they just keep getting better!!!! Merit always returns my calls and helps us out with any situations that may arise. Whole crew from Dustin himself to even the ones we don't know are always helpful. BTW saved us 50% on our insurance compared to Farmers, whom we had for 10 years plus previous.
