Duong Vo American Family Insurance

We purchased homeowners and umbrella insurance through Thao, who was our agent. A month later, we discovered that she never actually provided us with the umbrella insurance. In addition, she failed to update our lender with the new homeowners insurance information. We trusted her to handle everything properly, but we only found out about these issues when we received our May mortgage statement. I strongly recommend staying away from this agent.
