Alexia is a wonderful property manager to work with! The office was closed on Monday after our cold front and storm system came through and she still got back to me via text. She does what she says she’s going to do and always follows through on any follow up or additional work that needs to be completed. I highly recommend Alexia to anybody who is looking for property in the Carlsbad area.

Rude and greedy management company. No clear communication from the representative and she wanted a potential tenant to pay an application fee just to ask the property owner a question about leasing terms. This place is not to be trusted.
