Avoid Liberty At All Costs: Unauthorized Billing and Infinite Loops! My small business has been insured with these guys under Liberty Insurance for four years, on a reasonable monthly plan. Everything was fine until they suddenly billed my card $2600 out of the blue. This was a massive, unauthorized charge that hit my small business hard, and it felt like they were just hoping I wouldn't notice or care. When I tried to resolve this, the customer service was abysmal. Kerry was of no help, simply passing the buck to the "big insurance company," Liberty, who is impossible to contact. They listed Driscoll as the point of contact, but Driscoll just sent me back to Liberty – an infinite loop of unhelpful transfers. Ryan Driscoll is the one person in our business that is consistently responsive and does what he says he's going to do. In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, I'll get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!
