I will be dealing directly with my insurance company in the future. My information was wrong so often I had to do it myself most of the time anyway.

Apparently you can’t get car insurance if you own a home without getting a bundle with this company. When I told the guy I wasn’t interested in home insurance only car insurance he rudely hung up on me. Solely with this interaction I wouldn’t do business with this company !

I am so happy to have found Downes Insurance Agency. Kayla is the absolute best! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional in responding to my numerous phone calls and emails while I switched my insurance coverage to their agency.
