Douglas Graham - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had excellent customer service from Ruth and Jenae at this State Farm office. They are friendly and communicate very well, and they are a pleasure to work with. I only took off one star because I have emailed Douglas directly myself a couple of times and not received a response. Once I called the office and spoke to one of the ladies, all my business was handled great.

I have been with State Farm for approximately 20 yrs and I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. The receptionist Ruth is always pleasant and helpful. Ms. Janae Nichols is professional, efficient as well as pleasant. They handled my needs in a timely manner and patiently addressed all of my questions. Overall a phenomenal experience with them.

I have been dealing with this State Farm Office since 2018 and I would like to say that they have always been there for any type of help or concern. Ms. Janay, a very polite and highly professional member has always, promptly furnished any requirement that may have been requested concerning Insurance related matters. Also, she has given a very caring advise in insurance related matters. I am highly pleased with the outstanding service that this office extends to its clients, with care and passion. Thank you Ms. Janay and Mr. Graham.

I love this State Farm office. They are welcoming and supportive. Douglas and his Staff are informative and helpful. I came in to get a quote on my homes. I have two in NY and a home in Atlanta Georgia. Janay helped me with the home policies in NY. My daughter and I have two homes in NY. They explained everything so well. I was even able to contact a State Farm in Atlanta from their office for the home in GA. I wasn’t eligible for State Farm NY because my homes were too close to the water. I still had to write the review because they helped me understand more of the insurance world. I’m grateful. Thank you Douglas and staff.

My brother and I called to inquire about a quote and received one of the worst customer service from a lady. She was extremely condescending. I’m extremely disappointed since I’ve known State Farm to offer great service to customers. She was so rude and showed no empathy.
