Customer Reviews
Well Douglas Foelsch isn't professional and doesn't understand how to do his job. There's a young lady that answer the phones and is very helpful. Sadly this young lady wasn't working and Old Douggie doesn't understand how the system works. Nor does he care. Don't go to this one because he ACTUALLY INTENSIONALLY DIDNT ENTER MY QUOTE AND START IT BECAUSE HE WAS MAD CUZ I QUESTION WHERE IS THE YOUNG LADY THAT UNDERSTANDS HOW TO DO THIS. I called multiple times for him to act lik a lame GATE KEEPER of insurance. Douglas Douggie Doug. go find something better to do with your life. i love my life and he just seemed really angry when he initially answered. I was patient and assumed he was having a bad day. Nothing but unprofessionalism because he was mad he had to do a job he signed yp to do.
Do not use Allstate! My wife and I ALWAYS carry full coverage insurance on ALL of our vehicles, especially for our kid's cars. My daughter was involved in an accident that totaled her car, and when we filed the claim, Allstate tells us that the coverage was removed a year earlier. When I demanded to know who removed the coverage, they couldn't provide that information only that it was removed when the lien holder was removed. When I asked for documentation or a copy of the recorded phone call, they said they couldn't do this. When I questioned the agent, he told me my wife removed it, which is total BS because her and I have argued about her insistence on keeping full coverage regardless of cost. When I stated that I believed that his assistant removed the full coverage by accident w
When my old insurance agent retired I inherited this agency. They send me bills but I have never met anyone who works at this agency. Getting answers to questions is next to impossible whether you text, email or phone them. they just don't answer. God help me if I ever had an accident. I doubt I'd be able to reach anyone.
Doug's office is great, he can fix any issue you have your policies, Angi is great and they always return my calls.
My first time getting full coverage for a car was n 2007 with Allstate. I had that coverage until 2022. I didn't have a car for a while, but when I purchased another car I went straight to Allstate again. I also had homeowners ins. Now I have renters ins. with them. GREAT insurance company to do business with.
