My family has home, auto and life insurance with Doug Berg and he is the most wonderful agent to work with! His assistants are also extremely competent and helpful when he is busy with other matters. There is a good reason he has won several "best of summit county" awards.

Left (4) messages in the last month with zero responses. It is May and still trying to cancel a policy since October. Inaction caused that policy to renew. Started a new policy in February and the model of the vehicle is still incorrect. Home insurance rate was also raised without any notification from Doug or Farmers. Will update if there is any response or changes. 7/29/20 Update Finally heard back from Doug Berg 7/16/20 responding to my review 2 months after posting. He did not respond to my issues or concerns. Couple weeks after posting the review and receiving no response to emails and messages, I switched Farmers agents to Debbie Brill. Debbie's office is in Avon 38 miles further away but someone knowledgeable answers phone calls and they address issues immediately.

Went to see Doug and Carrie about business insurance and they were super helpful and accommodating. Explained everything thoroughly and put in the extra effort to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
