Originally, I set up two renter's policies for my college-aged children. Working with Kelly and Cara in the office and over the phone was such a delightful experience. Their overall professionalism gave me the confidence that I needed to make a change in all of my home and auto policies. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and when I had a question that she could not answer with 100% certainty, she did not stop until she was able to provide a concrete answer through research on her own. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and to ensure that I had all of the accurate information I needed. I cannot recommend this office enough. Everything has rolled out exactly as the expectations that they so clearly set.

This office has always fufilled that need as they're very reachable, efficient with my time, and thorough in their answers to questions. I've had 4 motorcycles, 4 cars, and 2 homes through this office, all of which the setup was fast and efficient. When I have had to make claims, this office has always been on the phone with me with the national office, facilitating a smooth process. I've been in dealerships several times and Kelly has always been right on the spot when I need to get a vehicle added during a purchasing process. All around, a great agent and office to work with!
