Don Rose: Allstate Insurance

Good at first, but then they jacked up my rates and their app won't work for my wife so we can't get any savings. It has been several months and nobody has been able to help. Look somewhere else for insurance.

I have absolutely no clue who my agent is the first got arrested and my account has been shifted to different agents who have not one time bothered to reach out and say HI I'm your new insurance agent. Yet every month they make sure to auto withdraw that payment. I have begun the search for new insurance and hope to switch asap

Would not recommend. Had a vehicle in shop for accident over 30 days. They stated they would take care of rental car until car was repaired, they never took care of bill. I was forced to pay. Was told he would file a claim with All-State for dissatisfied claim, never happened.

When you call they are very helpful.

The All-State team were all very courteous and helpful . Mandy helped me with getting everything I needed for my new auto policy . Everything was done very quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied and pleased with the whole process and experience . I greatly appreciate all their help.
