Don Roberts - State Farm Insurance Agent

Avoid at all costs, I feel scammed by Don Roberts and State Farm. Used them for about 2 years for home and auto insurance, with premiums increasing without notice. Cancelled last month for another agent and another carrier who provided significantly more coverage at a fraction of the cost (around 3x cheaper... Home+auto+landlord+catastrophe insurance for cheaper than just auto with Don Roberts...). I'm still repeatedly asking for the prorated refund from the policy cancellation, as Don Roberts is not replying or acknowledging messages. Poor experience all around. Pretty much any other agent in the area is likely better, so keep looking.

The only person at this office that I would ever do business with again is Donnita. Don Roberts was not at all "neighborly", nor was Theresa. I almost cancelled my policy after what State Farm did to the residents of California, and wish I had after how I was treated

I have maintained my homeowners and automobile policies at Don Roberts State Farm for several decades. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
