Due to recent hikes on my insurances I was forced to seek quotes which included State Farm. They turned out to have the best deal for me as a package. Kaylie was excellent in providing all the information I needed and requested. After deciding to go with State Farm, Kaylie continued her excellence in getting us signed up for the three policies I needed. A great experience all around.

So, in response to Don Gura State Farm Kendallville who responded to my 1st review it apparently is not their fault because they do not represent their corporate office for cancelling my insurance. Um yes you do. You are the agent we deal with. You hold our policies. We deal with you and your office not the corporate office. Second, if we had told you we wanted to cancel why would we be upset on a Saturday morning finding out we no longer had insurance. Third, if we had any correspondence about this why would we be upset that you cancelled our insurance. There is no correspondence on our online portal. There is no mailing. No texts no emails. We have our home and autos and our daughters auto insurance with this office. We love the savings we receive and all the discounts. I personally love how friendly all the employees are. I love their Facebook page. I love that they give out Birthday swag also. Very thoughtful agency. State Farm( Don Gura) will always be our insurance provider.
