I was a loyal client of Garner Jensen Insurance for more than 30 years and always believed I was working with the “good guys.” Unfortunately, since the transition to Jerris Koplin at Do Right Insurance, the level of service has declined noticeably. During my recent flood loss claim, I expected strong advocacy to help ensure the funds owed under my policy were properly pursued. Instead, the primary guidance I received was to use a preferred cabinet vendor to reduce costs — not the role I expect from a broker representing my interests. Long relationships matter. Based on my experience, “doing right” is not the standard currently being delivered.

I have worked with Reille for at least 5 years. Reille is one of those customer service people who always calls me back, does any research I ask for, and remembers who I am. For that reason alone, she gets a 5 star review from me! She is a rarity! Thank you!!
