Llevo 3 años haciendo mis impuestos en Do It Insurance Services Inc y nunca tuve problemas, hasta que este domingo fui y me atendió una mujer. Tengo a mi bebé y me dijo que no lo podía poner como dependiente porque, según ella, no estuvo conmigo los últimos 6 meses del año. Después pregunté con otras personas que también hacen impuestos y me confirmaron que sí debía entrar como dependiente. Me di cuenta que aquí no ayudan de la forma correcta, solo quieren cobrar su dinero sin importarles si perjudican al cliente. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo más. No saben lo que hacen o simplemente no les importa ayudar.
