I have used them for 20 years and never had any problems at all. Yes they do have a credit card fee but you can always do check by phone with them and it is free. They are very professional and friendly!
Been with Steve Dixson of Dixson Insurance for eleven years. Never had any problems with the way he and his employees have served me. If I had anything happen, he calls me, advises of what has happen and problem is immediately resolved. He has been loyal to me and my husband. We are proud to be a client.
The will make your rates go up every month. An slap hiding fees . the credit card charge is outrages.i do not recommend
They always do a great job responding and following up. Very experienced and professional.
Rates go up every time it’s time to renew- can’t provide reasoning. Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Says service is added onto policy, yet when it comes time to use said service it isn’t provided?
