I had home-owners and/or auto insurance with Hope and Dixie Dunavant for over twenty years. I also have both my Mom's signed up with them for home-owners coverage. Both have coverage via RVOS and Chris W. was the claims agent. Chris came out to both addresses within two days of my request. The claims were processed within seven days and checks mailed in a timely manner. Each time I call Hope for assistance, she is always very professional and attentive to my request.
