The one star only is for the outstanding customer service when you are opening your account with them! They treat you like the one and only customer to win your business but, BE AWARE... it is a ONE TIME treatment only! After they got your business, forget it! They are extremely difficult to reach and once you can finally talk to some, they are extremely rude and before you are done talking, they just hung up on you while you are talking. Certificates of Insurance? Forget them... better to call the insurance company than ask them for anything at all! Stay away!!!

We are very happy with DiVirgilio Insurance. Ryann is an absolute all star! She handled our transition over to DiVirgilio and answered all of our questions. Our auto insurance rates kept climbing and climbing, and then they went right through the freakin roof when we added a new driver/teen to the policy.
