You stole my money. I want my money back in full back to the credit card I used. I dont want a check and cannot receive paper mail. Get your corporate office to call me ASAP! The escalation department kept insisting for a check and I told them NO! I do not want to escalation department , I want your corporate office executive ASAP!! I never told you charge me debit, you deliberately dod tjat so you could send me a check which I never agreed to and delaying the refund by 10 days more!!

I got a rate for 300 and something per month the first time I called when I called back and talk to someone else she raised it to 500 plus and can't tell me why my rate went up. The worse thing ever smh
