Traylon in the Ruston office is awesome and deserves a raise. He gave a call back the next day to check on the process of everything because I have service issues in my neck of the woods. He’s a great advocate for the insurance company all together and im glad he was my representative; he’s very knowledgeable and will answer any questions and re-explain anything you’re not understanding. Most insurance companies were too expensive and didn’t care to work with me to find a plan that fit me and my life.
