Direct Auto Insurance

I was in for a billing fix and both ladies, Sylvia and Yuvinka, were outstanding. We made a quick payment and reset my auto pay. I was relieved again!😎💜

Dorothy Eliazar should be nominated as Direct General Agent of 2026!! I say that sincerely because I have been a licensed driver in the State of Florida for many years and I have had a jaded opinion of the industry for all those years. As fate would have it, I was blessed to speak with Ms. Eliazar and after she took her time to share her knowledge of the industry with me, not only did I buy the policy, I allowed automated payments to Direct General. That is a first for me.

Sylvia Carney was very respectful and completed my Insurance policy in a timely manner in a professional way.
