Tashica, was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing insurance. She was efficient and provided her best judgement on which policy would be best for me. She even did her best to provide applicable discounts that helped my auto policy premium. I definitely recommend!

The agent that assisted me in getting my policy set up was kind courteous and patient as I had to gather information for all my drivers. It was time consuming however she remained professional the entire time. I'm glad I changed insurance companies.

I called this office to get an insurance quote and spoke to Ms. Petetant. She was very knowledgeable. Second, but equally important, she was very professional and respectful of my time. I appreciated her efficiency and the fact that in spite of being fast, she was easy to understand AND constantly paused to ask if I had any questions. She stayed on the phone with me and had me check my email for all documents while she waited. She also offered to walk me through the electronic signatures process. In a nutshell, I feel like I received "old fashioned" customer service- which is hard to find these days. Period. B. Hargrove

I rated this location a 5-Star rating because of the excellent customer service I received from the staff members working there. When they answer the phone they are so pleasant and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend all my followers and family and friends to patronize this location.
