My agent Valerie was so patience explaining my deductible options. Mrs Valerie is a 5 star agent. I am beyond happy! I had been searching and searching for insurance and when I connected with Mrs Valerie my search was over. It was a true pleasure with Mrs Valerie and national general.

After getting online quote I went into office to pay for the said price of the online quote. Agent says that’s just a quote the actual price is $more. Agent stated to honor the online price you should have paid online. I TOLD HIM. Show me where it says pay now ! He refused.

Zero stars! Would not recommend to anyone! Nothing but issues for a whole year! Conflicting information from everyone that answers the phone.
