Today on 03/04/2026 i contacted, three branches from direct auto insurance and two of the three left me on hold in the memphis, shelby county area. The last branch i was transferred to was in the Hermitage, Tennessee area and, a young lady by the name of Rachel (i can’t recall the last name) helped me in an instant to try and grasp what my situation was and she didn’t even put me on hold which is why I’m so grateful of C.S. Reps who prioritize helping their customers in a well fashioned manner.

Jennifer Davis took care of my needs yesterday quickly and professionally. Best representative I have dealt with hands down. I was over it bc I had been hung up on twice before her, but she listened and took care of everything in less than 15 minutes.
