Direct Auto Insurance

Always a helpful staff here. Sometimes it can be a little busy. And insurance is expensive. But overall, service and environment are good.

I went to the Elizabethton location and the woman who filed my insurance was SO friendly and made sure I got the best price I could get. Very reasonable and I'm very happy with my insurance and the experience I had at the store.

I called to get insurance on 2 cars and my agent (Marsha Hopkins) was so friendly! She was amazing! She was also fast and thorough. Great experience with them.

We have been insured with direct for about 10 years. I have called around several times checking on better deals, but to no avail. We now have full coverage and when we needed to get full coverage I once again wanted to make sure we paying the most sensible amount. And once again Direct is still the best most affordable company for the coverage we need. They also have several other policies so if even if you just need liability they make the most sense for how much you pay. They also have other really great insurance's for home and life.
