Worst Insurance company I’ve ever had trying to steal money from me after I cancel, saying that August did not process when I have the bank statement, proving it threatening that it will go on my Credit they just mad because I’m canceling so they’re trying to go every which way to steal my money that I paid in full because I paid my policy in full and then added a vehicle payed that month and cancel the next month and they trying to charge me for that month Bad customer service absolute worst. I do not suggest it at all now I have to wait to see if these people are going to try an mess my credit up an I will get my lawyer an sue them,like who wants to go threw that because a insurance company is mad that u canceled

Unbelievably cool experience. My addresses are kind of messed up because of a move from Oklahoma but the agent was terrific at getting me in & out with an insurance card quickly & efficiently...

If you try to stop paying and let them cancel for you, you will be the recipient of endless calls offering to reinstate your policy. Every call claims to be a "final courtesy call" but they never end. I finally called their robo caller back and confirmed in the automated menu that I'm canceling. Now there's a human calling me. I honestly think it borders on harassment at this point. And I got a better deal with Geico.
