This place is a joke now. Since they’ve bought out Partners insurance they have messed up my plan multiple times caused me to pay late fees and didn’t bill my escrow correctly. Everytime I call to get help no one answers or ever calls back. Don’t waste your time unless you enjoy headaches
They do most everything out of other offices. Weird vibe to the place
They are terrible. I hate that they bought out my old broker company. These people don’t call to inform of increases on NEITHER POLICY, Renewals, issues, NOTHING but silently sit back & get compensated when we renew policies but haven’t did a step of work. You don’t have a direct agent. It’s a complete nightmare !!!!!! IF I HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK MYSELF WHAT DO WE NEED Y’ALL FOR??
