Poor communication skills. When you call to make changes to policies, or add remove a vehicle he doesn’t remember you calling. I’ve been overcharged hundreds of dollars by his mistakes.
The employees at this agency are very friendly and helpful. They successfully cancelled our overpriced car insurance from CO and transferred us over to ND. Very reasonably priced.
Great guy to deal with. He will find a way to save you money if he can.
I would recommend Quincy Backen at American Family to anybody looking for reliable insurance from a great agent
