When we approached Diebold Insurance for our home, life and auto coverage, in Houghton Lake, their agent took the time necessary to listen to our needs and answered our questions. She made sure we had the right coverage to protect us now and in the years to come. She explained why we needed certain coverages and did not try to sell us something we wouldn’t use. Their customer service is outstanding. Every time we call with a question, the office employees are polite and cheerful.

I called around 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. The lady was rude and would barely let me talk. She told me to pay my current policy and come in later in the week because she didn't want to deal with it today. I asked if I could send here information by email and she preceded to name of about 20 things i would need to give her. I asked if she could send me that list of stuff by email and she kept saying she couldn't do anything today. She kept cutting me off and saying there was nothing she could do today. And told me to make an appointment for later in the week. I just gave up and told her i could see she didn't want to deal with it because she had a half hour until closing time. She could of easily said send me your information by email and i will work on that Tomorrow since my policy ends
