My son had a situation with his previous home insurance. They had canceled his insurance and had mailed the notice to the wrong address. Needless to say he had no insurance for a couple of years. I called State Farm ( my insurance company) and Karol Capola immediately got on it and told us what was the problem. We got on it, it took a long time to correct the address with the driver’s license bureau. ( they were dragging their feet), in the meantime. Karol kept following up and following up with us to ensure she received the correct address on my son’s DL so she could insure the home with a much cheaper premium to reduce his monthly home payment. We finally got it corrected and Karol took care of the insurance issue. Thank you Karol for caring and demonstrating what “TRUE CUSTOMER
This office is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful. Gabi took extra time to make sure I understood my coverages, and offered a discount to help lower my premium. Highly recommend this office!
