Fantastic service every time I need them. Lana Garcell is one of the most honest, helpful, patient and not to mention the most patient when explaining all coverage options available and she always make sure you understand when the coverages stand for. She has never rushed us when we need advice or an explanation and has always treated us like family. We will always stay with the agency as long as she still there. Lana is the Greatest, most patient, honest, friendliest, person at this Branch. She is informative, knowledgable, and dedacated to helping me understand information. If she leaves I will follow her where ever she goes. They need to give her a raise she truely works hard for it!

I should of asked for Lana everytime I needed something. All the good reviews are about her. She's is good. Everytime I call or get a text, it was always Susan. She's nice but she talks on speaker phone. Sound quality is really bad. Sounds like she's 10 feet away and when you ask to be taken off speaker to hear her better, she's still yelling. I'm very busy at work and never think to call in. When I would call and get the receptionist, I'd ask to get a call back about _____ and I'd never get a call back. I got a text one day few months back and I texted back a question and never heard back. After I got married (Oct '21) I'd periodically ask if they could change my name on my profile (I had finally found a way about 6 months ago to change it on the app, but apparently that's only for the ap
