If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Why the hell does it take being there for 2-4 hours to make a payment ?!? . You have 4 employees and only one is working . Make sure if you getting this insurance and you making a payment you got a whole day to spend Here . I got called to go in to work one time and agreed , got here nice and early and basically spent the entire shift here didn’t even get to make it to the job . The people are rude and literally ignore you . Canceled this insurance . Not to mention if you pay through phone / with card you get charged an extra $20 for what ??! I know well your card fee is $20. What a scam .

terrible costumer service. representatives are unhelpful, unresponsive, and seem completely uninterested in resolving any issue. I tried to reach out to the company but they never answer the phone. and don’t even try to reach them via WhatsApp unless you want to get a response 2 weeks later.

Have been going there to do my taxes for years, always good service.

They’re always very nice on the phone and in person. Customer service is important so it’s nice that they are consistent.
