Just too many mistakes. Great people, but truly subpar service. Edit - going "above and beyond" means nothing when people in the office cannot complete tasks as an insurer, and the client suffers for it. I rate insurers on accuracy and efficiency.

Diana and the Davidson allstate team have been helping our family with our auto insurance needs for years now. When I got my own insurance separate from my parents I continued with them because they're truly the best. Always friendly, always prompt and I always feel like they do everything they can possible to get us the best rates and level of service. Many people dread calling insurance companies but I never hesitate to call with questions or changes and they never disappoint. They always take care of us and I will continue having my auto and now renters insurance with them for as long as I possibly can. We have been very very happy with them.

I went through Allstate because my parents have them when I was getting my first new car. They did go through a different branch and have been happy with it. I picked them because of reviews and have not regretted it. They have the best and kindest customer service. Always helpful and prompt. If you call with a question they are great at giving you a breakdown in the way you’ll understand all the options including costs.

Been with Diana and team for over 30 years. Love the responsiveness to our requests. Can always count on them. Adding a 2nd shoutout to the team. Had the insurance updated and new insurance card before I left the dealer with a new car. Responded in less than an hour with everything I needed. Impressive

I was treated as I would have expected, like a valued customer. Nobody can expect any more than that. But in today's world it seems to be a hard task for some companies and agencies. Some have forgotten about the sense of stability a happy customer brings to an agency in lieu of the pursuit of a higher commission. So far so good. My rates are fair and my service is excellent. That's the formula for longevity in the insurance industry.
