They were awesome with me they explained home insurance the difference between them. I am from Chicago so we don't have hurricanes and alot of issues that we have in Florida. Super nice people I trust them with my home policy for sure. The agent that went threw things with me was Stephanie she was wonderful. The owner was there and he is very nice and I was impressed with all his water skies he is a great water skier and knows alot of history about Winter Haven.

actually Id rate 0 stars...after 3 phone calls with agent got an unreadable quote/email. Agent quoted me most expensive policy under Lloyds!!!! She wasted time describing policy details I didnt ask!!!!! when I pressed to listen to my limits/coverage/etc. she kept talking on the phone. If you need your blood pressure to rise high 160s, do business with them. Agent cant even do a quote right, she listens to herself instead of the customer. And rude dictatorial phone/voice attitude!!!!

If you are a contractor stay away from these people. The insurance companies they put you with audit you constantly.. till the point where I felt it was some kind of audit premium "extra charge" scam. My comp coverage was with FCBI and they cancelled me almost 2 years ago. Just got another bill from them, FOR A MISSED AUDIT ! The office staff is terrible as well. I was leaving messages for my agent with my panicked complaints of cancellation only to find out she quit weeks earlier and I was never told or contacted. There are many more options for insurance. Avoid these people

Horrible customer service to my company. Ashley hung up in the middle of both co workers of mine when they were having a conversation, and all around rude to them.

Could not be happier. Great people to do business with👍👍👍
