Derek Loadholtz - State Farm Insurance Agent

Derek Loadholtz was my State Farm agent for 2 yrs. In October of 2025, I discovered they changed the principal driver on my husband's truck, from my husband to my 22 year old son. My son has NEVER driven the truck. It was my husband's; his transportation back & forth to work. When I switched to State Farm, I did the right thing by telling them of my licensed children who lived in my home. I was told my son had to be "assigned to a vehicle" if he were to drive. He was NEVER to be the principal driver of a truck he NEVER drove. Someone from STATE FARM made this change which caused my premium to be significantly higher. I do not work for State Farm and could not have made thua change. They did not want to accept responsibility. They instead, claimed it was my responsibility to INSPECT my rene

If I could give 10 stars I would…Mr. Loadholtz and his entire staff were a pleasure to do business with for the past 15 years. Visiting their office was like visiting friends, and they went far beyond the normal customer/business relationship. Derek Loadholtz State Farm makes insurance easy with their prompt responses and friendly nature. I have never had a problem they couldn't help me with immediately, often have gone above and beyond to work out a problem. I wouldn't have anyone else covering my vehicles, home, or life insurance.

He told me I would have the opportunity to keep my 94 GM truck, that the adjuster won't total it. Well they did, after I told him! That I do not want the truck Totalled! So I don't give my money to someone that don't know what they are talking about!!!! So I give it to john kasak ! State Farm I have Been with you for more then 20 years.
