The slogan is accurate, every time I walk through the door Sami greets me by name. I loved having an insurance company that I could very easily go in to or reach on the phone to take care of any issues I had. Even when dealing with the car accident I had, it was one representative that I dealt with throughout the whole process who was very helpful. I would love to continue using State Farm for insurance simply because I trust them and can easily reach them without having to deal with an automated robot that makes me push a bunch of buttons before getting to a real person. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because of the cost. My husband and I now have car insurance somewhere else, and the total for both of our cars is a little less than what I was paying for just mine at State Far

Went to pay my vehicle insurance. In talking with Sami my homeowners insurance came up. We have had a lot of work done to house. Sami was going to make calls and make sure everything has been documented on the upgrades example redoing the gutter system with larger pipes and guards to keep debris out of the gutter. The list goes on she did a great job.

Sami helped me change my coverage over when i bought a new truck. She made the process so easy, she asked me 3 questions and it was done. She was also supper great to talk to and congratulated me on a new truck. I couldn't be happier.

I contacted State Farm today for some guidance on my choices on the differences between the deductibles on my auto insurance policies and other questions I had concerning my insurance needs. I talked to Sami Camp, and she helped me with my choices and explained to me the differences and what my premiums would be if I wanted to go forward with the policy changes. It was a pleasure and nice to talk to someone that understood my needs and helped me understand my options with my concerns.
