Britney is the best! Before speaking to her I was frustrated and ready to look for a new insurance company. Brittney was so sweet and went over my options with me! She helped me get my price down while keeping the coverage I need. And just recently when someone hit my car in a parking lot she helped me file the claim with the other insurance b and has been checking in with me every step of the way. I’m so impressed by them!

My wife was stranded with a dead battery, 2 hrs away in a winter storm and had to go work a night shift at the hospital. I was able to use the roadside assistance on the State Farm app to coordinate a tow to the local dealership and a Lyft ride for my wife the next morning after her shift (both complimentary) to the dealership where they replaced her battery and got her back on the road home.
