I am so grateful for the help I received from this office. Nicole truly went above and beyond to assist getting coverage as quickly as possible for a dire circumstance. She was very pleasant and patient and took time to answer my many questions to ensure I was getting the coverage needed. I highly recommend their services. I was more than pleased with my new agent Jessica Flagherty!! In my book she deserves more than a 5 star rating. Very helpful and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and quick at getting me in the best plan on my car insurance. I would recommend to anyone to ask for Jessica and have already referred to my family and friends to ask for Jessica in the Crystal River office!!! She is a number 10 in my opinion!!!!
