Customer service at Willis Mackinnon insurance agency is NON-EXISTENT! After doing business with them for more than 20 years, I will be engaging a different agency. Their staff is non-responsive and basically ignores customers. Highly recommend you NOT do business with them if you expect even a base level of customer service.
