As with the others who have left reviews: setting up online payment is impossible. Was on hold for 90 minutes and then was hung up upon. Is there a way to give less than 1 star?

No dentist on Long Island, New York take Dental Quest Now my Dentist wants me to pay for a crown. It’s called Zirconium and they don’t have a code. I was approved for ceramic metal and they say they don’t use it anymore. DENTIST do use it. They want me to pay $495 because the Dental society doesn’t have a code for The material Zirconium I like to know what’s going on that they don’t have a code. This is crazy. I just paid $1200 for root canal because no one takes Dental Quest Hopefully, I will get out of pocket half of it back

I just received a paper bill a few days ago in the mail. I tried to set up a account online to pay my bill and then my account was locked. I was on hold all morning for 45 minutes just to be told that I was correct that my account is locked because I can’t make my first payment online that I will have to mail it in. Now the bill is past due. I’m going to mail in the payment like she said, but who does this now days??? I’m already not having a good feeling about this dental insurance.

Got this insurance through the marketplace in July 2024. Please run away from this. Payment is near-impossible to do. You have to register for the online portal to pay; it will not allow you to just pay for the invoice. It takes days to weeks to get your account set-up. By the time this is done, it is time for payment but they cancel the policy. There is only a 48-72 hr grace period. Then to re-instate the policy you have to then MAIL a check to the main business and then CALL THEM to then make sure they re-instate your policy. If this sounds like a headache to you run if you don't like headaches. If you like migraines and spotty insurance, apply for this one.

It would take significant effort to be worse than this Insurance company. Literally the worst!!!
