I was just looking for the office hours and came across this review? This is not my experience at all! And I hope it continues. We have only had to use our insurance for our roof and car hail damage and have been very satisfied. Also, the ladies in the office are very nice.
They take very good care of me. I've had coverage with them for years and when I need anything they are there. I'm very satisfied with their services. I would recomend them to anyone.
Absolutely amazing! I spoke to Holly and she was terrific!
Try another agency or better yet another company. These people are slicker then an ice salesman in Antarctica.
Great people work there and great customer service.
