Mackenzie Alton, a Denali Insurance Representative, is great. So helpful and takes the time to make sure I understand all the options available for me. I appreciate not having to go through this process alone. She has provided on-going follow-up care as well.

Inability to work with me was astounding. Explained several times I needed more help. Even scheduled an appointment to which she canceled a week after making it. Left me high n dry n did not follow up maybe 1 time to my three or 4 times trying to get her to address the issues I was having not just with the information I was given but also the access to it! Very disappointed in her capabilities to help and give me the time I needed from her. I thankfully found a much better more capable and attentive Agent n she got me cleared up n signed up in two days!

McKenzie was such a joy to work with! I was so stressed with Medicare Advantage and I couldn’t decide with so many conflicting opinions. She was very helpful in helping me decide what was truly important to me! I am so thankful and grateful I switched to straight Medicare! I am spending way less money with this plan!
