They goes in your account when its not authorized. I have had this to happen on 3 different occasions, if this happens again I'm going to a fraudulent claim against this company. I'm beyond sick and tired of the bull crap. To the agents do your job the correct way, so people doesn't have to deal with the unnecessary.

My parents have been devoted customers of Delta over 50 years here recently has had two bad experiences with a new employee at the Augusta branch. Today, June 5th, 2023 this employee put her hands on my 79 year old mother and pushed her while trying to make a payment. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful! We will be consulting with corporate and attorney

Whoever Angela is, she need to be GONE. She is the most unprofessional person at Delta. I called to make a payment and this female literally was arguing, I had to ask if she was going to take the payment or go back and forth. Poor customer makes any company looks bad. She need to be pulled away, retrained or LET GO. If she answers just hang up

The office manager is amazing. He always takes care of me.

Customer service is on point with this place I recommend to anyone for insurance.
