CSR, Paula, very confrontational. As a frustrated, paying client, your sarcasm was NOT needed. You need to be retrained on reading others and learn how to approach them. It's a new day, and a new way - but you're playing the cards from the 1980's - rough around the edges. I am also old school but transitioned well into this new wave. Get it together, PAULA! You're most likely the reason you're at a 2.3 stars.

Delta Dental has given me my smile back. Having months of restoration on my 3 front teeth, Delta paid 70% of my $10,000 bill. Without this insurance I wouldn’t have been able to fix my broken teeth. I shopped around and they have the best coverage, but providers are limited.

They have denied a claim as I had real bad pain on a tooth and needed a root canal and crown. They denied the claim for no good reason because they are more concerned with the bottom line. I filed an appeal but have received zero response. Delta Dental is a poor insurance company more concerned about profit than providing insurers with the coverage they have paid.

The cost of dental care directly to patients without effective insurance is getting way out of wack. Impacting so many. It must change. ..how long has the 1,500 benefit existed?.... decades... adjusted for inflation it should be way higher. 1 root canal and cap is around 3,000 !! The dental industry is getting so expensive and hurting those in need .. it must stop ! Reform Thank You

Use to be great, not now? Will not pay for oral surgery, even if you had very bad experience with other dentist, and want sedation? Will not pay for it, when your paying monthly premium? Thinking of getting rid of them, no compassion and had to go to butcher dentist cause it was emergency? Ended up paying over $1,000 out of pocket, and they should of reimbursed me, but they did not? Think they should of, they use to be great now suck?
