Delta Dental of Kansas

I had some questions regarding my policy and called to inquire. I spoke with Valerie. She was very pleasant, professional and seemed like she truly cared about me. She was able to answer all my questions in an understandable way and was so positive and respectful. I cannot thank Delta Dental and Valerie in particular enough! Greatly appreciated!!!!

I’ve always had great experience with our Delta dental ins through our company. They have the friendliest and helpful customer service representatives. Today I had to speak with Valarie and she stayed with me on the phone and help me get, my sign in, on my phone updated. We’ve been with Delta through all my kids with braces, to now only me and my husband left. So a long time customer!! I have nothing but great experience them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called Deita Dental for quotes advised through OttawaKansas Denistry ! After reading the brochure and speaking with the person at Delta , I decided to go with the basic plan , for simply the teeth cleanings , ( didn’t know there was two different codes) ! I paid the annual premium with my credit card! I went for my first cleaning and first of January, I received a bill from Ottawa Kansas Denistry for a teeth cleaning and that’s when I learned about the two different types of codes for teeth cleanings! Long story short, after talking with Debra with Delta , she informed me if this and said I could do a refund for the months not covered ! I just had a wonderful conversation with a Victoria, in the finance department. There had been an issue with our auto-pay and she was able to resolve the entire account in just a couple of minutes. Being able to talk to real, caring, people like this is exactly why I do business with companies.

Valerie was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions politely and professionally. I can't remember the last time I was smiling when I got off the phone speaking to a customer service representative!
