Overall, they’ve done a good job for me. I used them for over a year. Good communication through email and text. The cleanings could be hit or miss, but I was usually satisfied. I had one issue arise, but it was corrected in a timely manner. My final move out cleaning was well done!

FYI, this company now goes by Mississippi Maids. When Ashley gave me a quote to have my house deep cleaned, I offered to pay $100 more for my own custom deep cleaning because the most important thing I needed was cleaners that were willing & able to get on a ladder to clean high places because I’m 7 months pregnant. She agreed, which I have in writing. First of all, Ashley knew the square footage of my one story home & sent only 2 cleaners to do this big job. First thing that Kevin, one of the cleaners, told me was that they do not get on ladders, but Banika, the other cleaner who is also pregnant, was willing to get on a ladder. Great start! So after one hour, while Banika is cleaning the ceiling fans on the ladder, Kevin says he has to leave to go set up the tailgates at OleMiss. Huh?

2 cleaners were hired to clean home dust and vacuum. They were here for 1hr and claimed they finished. 1 hr to dust and vacuum a 1800 sq ft house. Went to check the house and there are finger prints on furniture and still dust as well. Definitely deserve a refund if this is a representation of the cleaning services.

We used Delta Maids (Mississippi Maids) to do a deep clean at our Oxford condo. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Delta Maids did such a wonderful job cleaning my home before an Airbnb rental. They were quick, thorough, and kind. Our house smelled so good when they left! We have booked them again for another job.
