The worst place to get your insurance from. The worst customer service. Marilyn who works there cancelled my insurance without my permission and without a 30 day notice because I moved out of my parents house. My brother wasn’t even living with my parents and he was still able to stay on the policy. All they care about is scamming you. My policy increased by another $80 this policy and my agent did not even bother to inform me. Now they are taking their sweet time to cancel my policy. Adding to this review since they want to leave out details: I was NEVER present during the cancellation process and I know that for a fact because my dad had to drive all the way to Columbus to come pick me up from work because he informed me that she canceled my insurance due to me not living at home anymore

This agency represents the insurance company which is Auto owners insurance in Lancing, MI. And the Auto owners insurance company is the worst insurance you can ever get. They take your money every year, but when you file claim, they deny your claim without hesitation. I first had a hail storm damage caused the leaking in my house, and the roofing company said that I had hail damage, so I filed the claim. They sent the adjuster and he said that was just the wear and tear, so I had to pay out of my own pocket to get the roof repaired. This year, I had storm damage that I didn't know until the neighbor got their roof replaced by the insurance company, so I had it checked by two different roof companies, and both said I had bad damages, so I filed the claim, and the adjuster Pat came and it
