Karina is our main agent and she knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answer any questions. This office is quick to respond when you have a claim or need assistance. I’ve been a State Farm member for about 11 years, when I moved to the area I initially had another agent for my auto insurance and this agent for my renters insurance. Well after some less than spectacular experiences with the other agent I decided it was time to make a change. I move all my policies over with Ana and since then have only had great experiences! Whenever there is an issue with one of my policies Ana and Karina are always incredibly quick to address my concerns and will even go out of their way to let me know if there is something that needs my immediate attention. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with for insurance and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Karina helped me today with my Drive Safe and looked at my policy. Karina was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my policy and the Drive Safe app. I don’t know what I would have done to correct the problem if I hadn’t been able to see an actual person to help me! Thank the gods above for statefarm they helped me get full coverage insurance on my new vehicle for less than my previous insurance company and I was treated with great customer service and care all the representatives I spoke with where very helpful and attentive and helped me pick the perfect coverage for my new car
