DEANNA PADDOCK: Allstate Insurance

Over the past several weeks I tried to contact no one ever answers the phone . With all my years with ALLSTATE I always received a confirmation # after payment. Lexi just took my info and said they do not do confirmation numbers?????then hung up on me . This has to be the worse customer service ever out if of this Tewksbury office . I know they changed hands and Deanna took over . But I was use to the great customer service with the former owner:/ agent . Since when do they not provide a policy holder with a confirmation number ?

Had to cancel my Allstate Insurance plan with Deanna Paddock and she was nothing but helpful on the phone with the process. Appreciate her responsiveness and her lack of pushiness to not cancel.

Very attentive, professional and fair. Deanna cares about people and her clients. Would recommend her again.

Still waiting for answers about insurance increase from 3 months ago stay away she was my agent the office is the size of a closet can't hear while talking because someone else is on the phone 2 feet from you . I never leave a review go elsewhere
