Deanna Evans: Allstate Insurance

The owner of this establishment is a SCAM. She comes off very approachable, and business professional but she’s not. She has a DSP company with Amazon. She tampered with her employees money, and persuaded delivery drivers to start an insurance policy with her for PTO, and time off from work just to open this insurance business. Once this business opened she fired people who were vocal about their payroll checks. She has changed policy due dates, and never provided benefits for auto pay, or discounts. Then harassed them to pay insurance when she denies their unemployment. I could go on, and on. If she will tamper with her employee accounts, what do you think she will do to her customers. The owner of this company is not trustworthy, and NOBODY should support this location. GO TO ANY ALLSTAT

I absolutely love all the support I get from Ms. Evans at Allstate. She is always keeping me up-to-date with my policy. This is my first time managing auto insurance so I really appreciate how patient and kind she is.

I called wanting a agent because I had got my car insurance online. I was kept on hold and she finally came back saying I don't want you to keep holding. She took my name and number and I never heard back from her this wasn't good customer service. 😕
