Ross and Tom have been outstanding to work with. Everything is just a phone call Or email away. The girls in the office are also extremely helpful. You get immediate responses and I never have a worry.

I’m only giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. Terrible, worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Don’t use them. We are experienced investors and have never encountered such terrible communication and customer service, and from the owners at that.

Despite being a loyal customer for 14 years, I have experienced a significant decline in responsiveness and assistance over the past two years. Previously, I had worked with a remarkable individual at the company who provided exceptional service. However, following her retirement, I encountered persistent difficulties in reaching anyone at the company or receiving a response to my inquiries via phone or email. Despite numerous attempts to engage with them, including referrals of family members who encountered similar issues, I consistently faced unresponsiveness. I have been a customer of DeAngelis insurance for years now. Tom and his staff have always been nothing but prompt, courteous and professional whenever I needed assistance or have a question. Navigating insurance as a single dad with teenagers has been a walk in the park with all their help.
